Townspeople who became farmers: Sander Nordstuen Gård is run by Tone Bech and Magne Stenersen. We had no experience of farming when we fell for this old small farm and left Oslo and our jobs, respectively 7 years ago. We have no regrets, and the more we learn, the more busy we become with running the farm with organic and regenerative methods. We want to make short-traveled and clean organic food that tastes fantastic. Organic and sustainable. We operate a diverse, small-scale agriculture founded on ecological and regenerative methods, and with great respect and love for our animals.

diversity. For us, this is the natural angle, Our sheep graze on sandy ravines that do not longer was in use when we took over the farm.
